On the agenda:

● Welcome with fresh juice from the garden and home-made traditional pasteries

● Introduction to local spices 

● Hands-on cooking class with Mum : preparation of a traditional tagine & side dishes (100% local products and techniques)

● Mud brick workshop (either before or after lunch, as you prefer! )

● Guided tour of the farm & animal feeding (sheep, peacocks, chickens...) 

● Friendly meal in the garden or under our nomadic tents (on the menu: you will enjoy what you have prepared :)

● Relaxing moment in the shade of the olive trees and traditional local games

● Tasting of a fragrant Moroccan tea
