Our practices

Over the years, we have developed several key elements that make our small farm unique:

• Dry toilets and outdoor showers : for an environmentally friendly approach.

• Composting : nothing is wasted here, and we compost all our organic waste and animal manure 

• Traditional techniques : used in the henhouse, in particular to prevent diseases.

• Free-range animals: our sheep, chickens and peacocks roam freely, contributing to biodiversity and the balance of the farm.

• Earth and bamboo constructions: entirely built by us with the help of volunteers from all over the world. Our outdoor kitchen, where we host our cooking classes, is one of our self-made constructions.

• Sensorial path : a short path made with natural material from the farm to slow down, reconnect with nature and awaken our senses

• Large nomadic tents , inspired by a trip to Mauritania: they offer a simple and authentic space to welcome our visitors.

The list of everything we dream of achieving for this place is still long, but we deeply believe in the principle of "slowly but surely".

Every day, we strive to enjoy the journey, to take pleasure in creating, and above all to share this adventure with all the beautiful souls who join us.
